The frontend customer panel is showing a different time for appointments for customers than I am seeing in the admin dashboard. The customer's receive a confirmation notification with the right time, however if they go to reschedule their appointment from the frontend customer panel, it shows the wrong time.
I've checked the time settings of my WordPress install and of my computer and they are all correct.
I've attached screenshots showing the time differences.
Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, it inherits the time zone from WordPress. If your time zone is in UTC+/- format, please change it by selecting the city you're in. Also, please check if you enabled "Show bookings in customer's time zone" in Amelia's General settings.
If you are in a different time zone than your WordPress site is, and you've enabled this option, the times on front-end will show available time slots in your time zone, which will be the time you set in back-end +/- the time difference (depending on where you are in regard to the time zone set in WordPress' General settings).
I verified that I am using the city I'm in as the timezone for WordPress. I have it set to Los Angeles, which is also where I live. I also verified that I have the "show bookings in customer's time zone" turned on in the General Settings. I then booked an appointment for myself. The confirmation email I receive shows the correct time, for example 10am. However if I go to my frontend customer panel, it's showing the UTC time of 2am.
However, I can't agree with you that it's using the UTC time of 2AM. If you're in LA, and you booked an appointment for 10:00 AM, local time, it should be displayed as 6:00 PM if it were in UTC. If my calculations are correct, it's showing Tokyo time (I could be wrong, though).
Either way, I need to check this on your website. Before that, please tell me which version you have installed? We've had this issue a few versions back, but it was fixed. Can you update to v2.9.3 (which was released today), and see if the issue is resolved?
If not, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

Hi Aleksandar!
Thank you for getting back to me!
I verified that I am using the city I'm in as the timezone for WordPress. I have it set to Los Angeles, which is also where I live. I also verified that I have the "show bookings in customer's time zone" turned on in the General Settings. I then booked an appointment for myself. Thanks for the screenshots, Lee

No worries, Lee.
It could be some leftover cache, or cookie. Try clearing cache from the website and your browser, and see if that helps for the original customer.
I'm just glad that it's working fine on your end as well!
