We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

In the step-by-step booking tool, is it possible:
--- Make it necessary for the customer to select the employee? (No "Any Employee" option)
--- Do the available times (in the next step) then update based on which employee was selected? (if the employees have different working hours)
--- Can the zoom link sent to the customer be different based on the employee? Can we link a different zoom account for each employee that handles their zoom sessions?

Thank you for your purchase.
- There isn't a possibility to make the employee selection mandatory in Amelia, unfortunately. You can only hide the Any employee option with CSS on the front-end if you want that, but customers could still go forward without choosing one of the employees.
- The times update based on the employee selected if customers choose one, yes.
- You can connect one Zoom account to Amelia and then different users from that Zoom account to different employees in Amelia. Customers will get the link for the Zoom meeting created for the appointment (the meeting would be created for the employee that is assigned to the appointment in Amelia).
