We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello!
So I have a service set up for every Monday at 10:30AM. The WordPress time is UTC+1 (we are in Barcelona). When the client gets a notification I've set up using the %event_end_date_time% short-code, the time displayed on the e-mail is one hour later (so I'm guessing it's UTC+2)... so the event, according to the e-mail, is on Monday at 11:30AM.
Why does this happen, and how can I fix it? :)
Thanks so much!
Mars
Hello Marcio
Correct me if I'm wrong, but you're adding %event_end_date_time% - so that should be showing the ending time of your event. If the event lasts one hour, event's end date time should be DATE, 11:30.
Other than that, if you simply used the wrong placeholder when opening the ticket, and you actually set %event_start_date_time%, check if you've enabled "
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Aghhhhh!!!! Yes, you're absolutely right. I used the wrong shortcode to begin with! Thanks so much for your fine eye. Hope you have a great day!
No worries, Marcio, I'm glad it was easily solvable.
Much better than if there was an actual bug in the plugin in this regard.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
Kind Regards,
