We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi Paul ,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Since you can see it while logged in to WP as an admin, it can be that some security setting is blocking Amelia from loading properly on the front-end for non logged in users. So, lease check the security plugins/settings on your website. If you maybe use Siteground Optimizer check if this is blocking Amelia from loading, if you don't use that please check the security plugins if you have any (you can deactivate them to see if Amelia would load properly, if it does, there is probably an option to allow Amelia to load on front-end) , if you don't have such plugins check out your website and server security settings.

Let me know if any of this helped.

You are welcome, Paul. Glad to see you find where the issue is coming from, thank you for letting us know. There was this issue couple of weeks ago, but we haven't had it from then, I believe they released some update which fixed the issue, so you can check if there is an update available and update the plugin or ask them what setting to change to allow Amelia to load on the front-end.
