We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
Please take a look at our site https://vitavip.es/concierge/.
I have been told that the following points don't work with Amelia. Please could you clarify that this is correct?
1 Don't Allow Multiple Selection.
2 We can’t Perform Price Calculation the Same as Maid & Landry Services.
3 We Can’t Arrange Form Field or Width According to your PDF Mockup.
4 We Can’t perform functionality that calculates total days likewise in holiday TV.
5 We can’t create a dynamic field using Amelia likewise childcare and babysitting.
6 We can’t add the arrival date and departure date in Amelia.
7 We can’t perform functionality in shopping service through Amelia (Checkboxes).
8 In Amelia employee and location fields both are interlinked with each other, in the location selection field only those locations are shown in options which have employees in against of this location.
Please let me know ASAP.
Thank you,
Frances
Hello Frances
Thank you for your purchase.
1. Correct - booking multiple time slots or dates in one booking session is not possible, unless you're using the Recurring appointments.
2. To change the prices per number of bedrooms, you could use a workaround, where "Main & Laundry Services" would be saved as a single Category; and inside that category you'd create individual services with different prices. The services would be called "1 - 35€/Day", "2 - 40€/Day", and so on.
3. That's right, the form cannot be changed in size. This would only be achievable with some custom work (custom CSS, for example), but that is not included in the provided support for the plugin.
4. That is true, but like under #1, it can be configured with recurring appointments.
5. Correct, you would not be able to include conditional dynamic fields, like on Childcare and Babysitting. You can only add a custom field where your customers would fill out the details of children.
6. No, only the start time of an appointment can be set, and your customers wouldn't be able to change that.
7. Checkboxes can be added as custom fields, but adding them like on the Shopping Service would require adding 10 check-box custom fields, and 9 text area custom fields. They wouldn't be linked, though, so there could be some confusion about which text is related to which check-box.
8. Your employees need to have one fixed location, but they are able to change the location per working hours. Meaning if Employee1 is registered for Location1, he can still change the location in his working hours, so he either works on Location2 on (for example) Mondays, Location3 on Tuesdays, or on Location1 from 09:00 - 10:00, on Location2 from 11:00 - 12:00, on Location3 from 12:00 - 13:00, and so on.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
