In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

How can I cancel an appointment and keep the money, if the patient warns me to late ? Can I delete the appointment in "rendez-vous"/"appointment" and keep the money automatically ? There's another solution ?

Thank you for your purchase.
There isn't a possibility for refunds in Amelia, so in any case , if you need that, you would need to process the refunds manually in the payment method you use (Stripe , PayPal or WooCommerce). So, by cancelling or deleting an appointment in Amelia the amount that the customer payed for it aren't returned to them automatically, so you would still have the money on your account for these appointments. If you need to process a refund to customers, you would need to do that manually.
