The time slots for booking are configured by the employees' work hours. If you configured the employees' hours please check if the service duration (+its buffer times) can fit in the work hours of this employee and if you assigned this service that you have chosen to any of the work hours under the Work hours tab in the Employee modal.
If you still have issues with this, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
