While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I have purchase the plugin and realised you do not have an deposit payments feature. I want to allow my customer to be able to book an appointment and pay the deposit before arriving. Will you be adding this feature in near future?

Thank Den, I was thinking to get refund of the plugin. but you have promised with your team to released in couple of months. In a couple of months time if you team hasn't been able develop deposit payment feature could i still get a refund? I was thinking to keep hold of the plugin while everything is in place.

After 30 days we dont have option to give a refund anymore (it's not possible technically) so it will not be possible to issue a refund.
