After deleting the free version and clearing the cache, I have installed the download zip provided. When I attempted to activate the license, the activation area is greyed out with no way to ungrey it. Additionally, while the Dashboard on the Free Version loads, the Dashboard on the downloaded (and then uploaded) PlugIn just spins. I have requested a private ticket and have received no update. I would like to get this properly installed....

Thank you for the reply.  I've deleted the freeplugin, wiped the cache, removed the original folders, deleted those folders from the trash, wiped the cache again and then installed the download. This is where I'm at after doing all of that. 

(I've confirmed that the zip offered here is the same as the zip I have previously installed. I've also installed this zip, to no avail.) 

This has been resolved.
