We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there,
There is one feature that I'm sure would be useful not only for a client of mine but for many businesses, such as health & fitness, yoga, etc.
Currently, a visitor can only buy one appointment at a time which is mostly great for payment processing companies. They are paid for every transaction. Of course a visitor could use recurring appointment but it's rare.
It would be great if a monthly option could be implemented somewhere in the booking calendar. This way a visitor gets unlimited (or a certain number of) appointments for a fixed price. Also, the website owner only pays for one transaction to Stripe/PayPal.
I would appreciate if you could consider this option. I know many businesses would gladly benefit from it.
Many thanks,
Richard
Hi Richard,
Thank you for your inquiry.
At the moment we are working on the packages feature that will allow admin to make packages of X services /appointments that customer can purchase and pay all at once but schedule just the first one and schedule the rest later from the customers panel. For the first version we will not have time limit but we planned to add this as well, so you will be able to limit package to last 1 month for example. Is this something that will cover your use case?
Best regards.
Hi Isidora,
Thanks for getting back to me. I think that would be a great solution. May I know when the expected update is planned for release?
Regards,
Richard
Hey Richard
The expected release is in 2 - 3 weeks, but we cannot guarantee that. If our developers run into any issues during development, it can be postponed.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
