i need to modify the maximum weeks (or days) a client can book.
I already set 4 weeks but i need to change it for 5 weeks.

You will find this option in Amelia -> Settings -> General , Period available for booking in advance: option , it is set there for all services, and you can set it up differently per service in the Service modal on Amelia -> Services page, under the Settings tab.
