As for the location, you can add a custom field to the booking form where customer can enter its address. The info from that custom field will be shown in the appointment info and through the placeholders that you add to the email template it can be sent to employee. You don't have to create locations on the Locations pageĀ if you don't provide services on your locations.

we need to add some custom actions after the completion of a booking. Is there any useful hook after payment complete, for example?
Is it possible to schedule appointments to the customer home? using a fake location, for example?
