If a customer forgets his / her password they have the option to click "forgotten password" and then an email is sent to them with a link to their account.  This is working, however when the email opens the link is just bold text and not actually a link.  What url should the link link to and how do I fix this?

Apologies I mean "forgotten password email" not "forgotten email" for the title of this post!

    Hello there,

    Thank you for your purchase.

If you are referring to the Forgot password option for the Customer panel, the email sent is the 'Customer Panel Access' email, and the link is the customer panel link, the link has a placeholder for the Customer panel. Please check if you have maybe changed the notification, and removed the placeholder (link) for the panel there. Please look at the attachment. If you haven't edited it, please check if you provided the URL of the page where you have the Customer panel to the corresponding field in Amelia -> Settings -> Roles Settings -> Customer.

Thank you for getting back to me Marija.  I've looked at the image you sent and I don't seem to have the edit / remove option.

When I edit the link I can enter the %customer_panel_url% place holder and click save (see pic).

Then when I hover over the link nothing happens (see pic)

Then when I check to see if the link is still inputted I find only the word "link" (see pic)

When the test email is sent the link appears in bold with no actual link which is to be expected when I'm not getting the link to save in the back end.

I'm obviously doing something wrong but not sure what!

    You are welcome.

You don't need to edit the link - just remove it and then open the placeholders list , click on the customer panel placeholder there ( it will be copied) and then just paste it directly to the Message field of that notifications, and that's it - don't edit it or added something to it.

And also, please check if you provided the URL of the page where you have the Customer panel to the corresponding field in Amelia -> Settings -> Roles Settings -> Customer.

Let me know if this helped.
