When you click on some attachment in an appointment on the Appointments list, it should open it in a new tab and then you should be able to download it. It doesn't download it right away. If this isn't the case for you, please delete any cache on the website, and could you tell us what browser do you use? Also, make sure that you have the newest version of Amelia, which is 2.9.2.

if I click on the file a blank page opens and does not download the file.
