We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

i just bought Amelia Wp plugin and i'm really happy to onboard.

I'd like to use the plugin to sell boat tickets so i've some question:

    - is it possible to create different price for the ticket (in this case i use the ticket like an event)?... i've price for adults, senior and children. Please tell me some suggestion to use the plugin for this scope.

    - is it possible to create a QR-Code system on the service voucher that can be validated by the seller?

    Thanks

    Hello Giulio

    Thank you for your purchase.

    1. Unfortunately, something like this is not yet possible with the built-in features of the plugin. Our development team will work on it in the future, but at the moment, you can only set different prices for services, but per employee. Meaning, a service needs to have a set price, but you can change it depending on the employee working on the service, so appointment with Employee1 can have a price of $20, with employee2 $15 and with employee3 - $10.

    2. Also no. The plugin can't handle something like this, and at the moment there is no workaround.

    Kind Regards,
