I integrated zoom and had to update the timezone so it would be correct. This changed the times for all of the events listed. I went to change the Private Holiday Shopping Party on December 10th so it would show up as 4:30pm - 5:30pm. Obviously it's not right. But now it's not showing up in the list of events in the backend. I don't know where to find it either. HELP!!
Hello Rachel,
Thank you for your purchase.
The timezone that you choose in your WordPress general settings applies to Amelia as well, so the timezone that you set there is the timezone for Amelia back-end. For the front-end you can choose whether customers will see the times in their own timezone or not, and this option can be found in Amelia -> Settings -> General.
Events that you create in Amelia will be in the WP timezone. If you change your WP timezone setting, after you create some events in Amelia, the times of these events will change because they are saved with the timezone that was set in your WP at the time you created them. If this is the case, then you need to manually change the times for the events in the back-end, after you change your WP timezone.
For the event not showing up issue - please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
