We're looking to build a new site for a counselling service. They have various councillors working in one single office, but need to hire rooms to private councillors to use as they require, whilst also allowing clients to book appointments with existing councillors.

We need a set of appointments for people to book a counselling session, this seems fine and easily covered with Amelia.

But the problem is how can we allow private councillors to book rooms in the same building so as not to clash with appointments for public users?

I hope I'm making sense and wonder if Locations will need to be used, but I presume we'd have to add every room as a location and how would the public user know to select the right room for their appointment?
