Unfortunately, you cannot assign two employees to one appointment.
If the same two employees will always be working on a service, you could configure Google Calendar integration, and link both employees to the same Google Calendar. In Amelia Settings/Integrations, you also need to enable "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" and increase the "Maximum number of returned events" to a big value (1.000 or 2.000 for example).
Then, when both employees are connected to the same calendar, once one employee is booked, both employees will be unavailable for the duration of the appointment.
Hi,
There is a way to have a service with 2 employees?
We have a dental surgery service that we book internally to our customer. This appointment needs to be made with 2 employees.
There is a way to have this appointment linked to those 2 employees? In the back-end booking process we can't select 2 employees for the service.
