We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi,

    We are coming out of lockdown now in the UK, so going back to using Amelia (which was working perfectly before lockdown). Now the script won't load on the front end, it's just a non stop spinning hour glass.
    Everything seems fine on the back end, and I am using the latest version of the script.
    Can you please help as we are desperate to get using again.

    I should point out that it's 'events' not 'appointment' I'm trying to achieve. If I select 'show service on site' in services, the calendar will load (but can't book event). I need events showing as on your demo

    This was all working before, I don't know why it's not now as I've changed nothing?

    Hi, I have now sorted it, hopefully this may help others too. When I put the shortcode back on, I put the one for 'booking' not 'events', and that was the problem.
    There is nothing wrong with the script, it was my error.
