In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Is this really to difficult to enable shorter 15minutes slots which asked from long time?

Sorry, I am not sure on what exactly are you referring to.
If you referring to the durations and time slots when you create services, events, set work hours, etc. in Amelia, this was always possible in the plugin, you just need to set shorter time interval for the option Default time slot step in Amelia -> Settings -> General. It is set to 30 min by default.
If you refer to something else please let me know exactly what do you want to change in Amelia.

You can set up the Default time slot step option to 5 min, and then you will be able to create both 10 and 15 minutes durations, time slots, etc. in Amelia.
