In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

    Hi there

    I'm looking to purchase the Developer Lifetime edition of Amelia WP.

    When I go to purchase this, it states:

            "Your total is A$629.46 (inc. GST)
            Then A$899.23/99 years"

    This can be seen on the image attached.

    If this is a "lifetime" offer, why would there be a recurring charge per year?

    Can you please advise?

    Hi Cameron Clancy,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Our reseller, Paddle, doesn't have a lifetime option, so they create a subscription that's going to be renewed in 99 years, just like in the screenshot:

    So, when you purchase a lifetime option, you're basically purchasing the plugin for the next 99 years. It is a lifetime option, and you will not be charged again.

    Just for you to know, at the moment Paddle is experiencing some issues with the checkout due to the large amount of sales with Black Friday deals but they are working on it and as soon as they fix it I will let you know so you can purchase the plugin. Sorry for this inconvenience.
