We meet people in different states in several locations on different days every few months. We would like customers to be able to select a location and see what dates are available at that location. Is this possible? if so, how do I do it?

    Hi Wild Olive Company ,

If you create more locations and assign different locations to employees in Amelia, you will have the Location selection, besides the service and employee, on the front-end when customers book appointments.

In Amelia, you can set your employees to work on different locations at different times. You choose one default location in the Details tab for that employee, and then under the Work Hours tab you can set different work time periods for each day in the week and assign different services and locations to each work time period. There isn't a possibility to set different locations for one work time period, though. If this is what you need, you can check out if custom fields would be useful for your use case - so customers choose some location in a custom field or add their address or similar. You can read more about custom field following this link

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.

    Hi Marija,

I created multiple locations and saw how the search form works but it is very cumbersome that way. The customers would select a date to see if we would be at their preferred location for that day. That could be 30 or more trys. Ideally, we would like the form to appear and have different locations as choices and after they pick a location, they can see the dates we would be at that location. Could this be done? Thank you in advance for a response.

    Hi there,

Unfortunately, that can't be achieved in the Search view of Amelia , the views can't be customized. You can check if the step by step booking view would be more suitable for your use case - as there the Location/Service/Employee selection is on the first step.
