We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hey,
I have a problem when a customer try to pay from paypal. I investigate it to understand where the problem was. Because from my side, no problem to take an appointment and pay by paypal. But I understood she tried to pay from a link into messenger facebook. When the pop up tried to display, a message say : there is a problem during the paiement. Try later. »
Can you help me ?
The problem from my side is with the red pop up and the second one is the screenshot from my customer.
Hi Jeremy,
The second screenshot is showing that there is some issue with PayPal , not Amelia connecting to it, so please check if there is something that could block PayPal, or if it was some issue with PayPal at that moment.
I can't reproduce the issue on our website, not sure how to reproduce it. I sent the link via fb messenger for the page where we have Amelia, I tried booking, chose PayPal and it redirected properly to PayPal without any issues, please look at the attachment.
hey,
thank you for your investigation. maybe the problem is from an iPhone. I tried from this device.
You are welcome, Jeremy. We tried now on iPhone as well, and the outcome is the same it redirects properly to PayPal, please look at the attachment.
Ok weird, not from my side. So how can I do for that ? And for the problem on my first screenshot ?
Hi Jeremy,
We tried your website as well, but it redirects properly to PayPal, no errors occur in the process. I am not sure how exactly to reproduce the issue , so we could see when and why it happens. Could you please tell me have you tried from several devices? Have you checked if this happens only on iPhone and does it happen always on the same device? Have you tried the link from anywhere else? Also, try different PayPal accounts - if the issue occurs after you login to PayPal. It is hardly possible that the link can create that problem, as it is the same as the page on the website.
