We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I just bought Amelia today and it's a really great plugin! Thanks for this.
However, one essential question: I do sell coaching packages that consist of 12 appointments of 50 minutes. Now I am looking into having the customer pay the entire package of 12 in one payment, and allowing him to schedule the individual calls (up to 12 in that case) either in one go or over time. I have not found an option to tell Amelia that there are 12 appointments in the package.
Do you have a way to set this up? Packages are an essential way to commit clients to longer term engagements, so I guess you have heard this question before.

Unfortunately, package feature is not available in Amelia at the moment.
Currently, we are working on Package feature and it should be live by the end of the year. With it you will be able to make packages of services either of different service or of the same services.
