Hi, I have downloaded an SMTP plugin and my emails from amelia are going to spam, but the woocommerce ones are not. I have tried various settings. I really want customers to receive my emails without having to look in the junk folder.

Since the emails are often flagged as spam/junk. You can try with one of the other options, please check out the notification settings instructions here.
