We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

my website is with Amelia and woo commerce they work hand In hand when making a booking but I wanted to disable the shop page as the products are appointments and not actual products
but now it is not redirecting to paying for the appointment now it is going straight to the homepage when you want to make a booking. Previously when making a booking it would show the cart even though its an appointment and it would let the customer pay for their booking now it just redirects to the home page of the website . Is there a URL for Amelia or how can I change this the default way please. my clients are losing out so much because of this

    Hello there,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Probably the change you made for this to happen

but I wanted to disable the shop page as the products are appointments and not actual products

caused the issue that you have now.

Could you please check what have you changed for this in WooCommerce? And please revert the change and see if the issue with the redirection to the home page is gone.

Please note that (if you made any change in products) the Woo products connected to Amelia should be Published, and have Public visibility - you can check out the Appointment product that is made by default  ( if you haven't changed that one).
