    We have Stripe and PayPal set up but payments will not go through.  

    We get the following error message:

    "Sorry, there was an error processing your payment. Please try again later." 

    We have followed all set up instructions.

    Hello Jennifer, 

    Please check the Client ID and Secret you provided for PayPal and the keys added for Stripe, if they are correct, and check if you provided the correct credentials for the enabled mode in Amelia ( test or live mode). 

    The most often cause of issues with PayPal and Stripe are wrong credentials (Client ID/Secret and Keys). I tried booking on your website, using a Stripe test card, and the error I got is that I am using a test card for a live mode, which is OK if you use live mode in Stripe.

    If this doesn't help, please switch to Test mode for PayPal and Stripe and we will check it out.
