1. Could you please check if the option Allow booking below minimum capacity: in Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments is enabled? If this option is disabled when the min is set that time slot will be closed for booking for other customers. You can read more about the appointments settings here.

2. You need to change the time format in your WordPress General Settings to 24 h format, as this WP setting applies to Amelia as well.
I have will offer different services with different time slots.
One for 30 min, one for 1h, one for 1,5h one for 2,5h.
Every service can be booked with 1 -14 players.
When i do test bookings and book for example one service with 1h from 15:00 to 16:00 for example for 10 persons than i can only book the same 1h service at the same time for the rest of 4 people.
But i need to book also the 30 min service and the others at the time slot.
the service is always the same, only the duration is different. Or in other words: One bookable round goes 30 min and i offer 4 services...with 1, 2, 3 and 5 rounds, if you understand.
I did it like this because i didnt found a setting where i can choose the servuce with one round and cann then add more rounds like the setting with the additional persons.
Is there a way it will work? Then i would be ready with the website.
There isn't a possibility of booking two different services with the same employee at the same time in Amelia with its current features. Only one service can be booked at a time with one employee. So in order to achieve what you need - different services booked at the same time - you would need to have more employees assigned to these services - the number of employees assigned is equal to the number of appointments that could be booked at the same time for that service.
Please note that there isn't a possibility of setting up a limit to all of the appointments together at the same time, the capacity is set per service/employee, so each of the appointments booked can have 14 slots (if you set the max capacity for the service/employee to be 14).

i have 2 questions.
1. I have time slots, where 1 to 14 People can book an appointment.
When i am doing a test booking for example for 24. Nov 2020 with 10 people...then the time slot is not longer available.
I Thought another group of 4 people can also book the same time slot.
Thats the reason i bought this booking plugin...Is there a way to get this work?
2. In the calender you can see the time slots like 02:00 pm - 02:30pm
Is it possible to change it to: 14:00 - 14:30 ?

But there emerged another problem.
