There are no settings for this in Amelia, as it's all done by Twilio once you create an account.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. 

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I cannot troubleshoot a problem I cannot replicate. You can see a screenshot from my phone, showing you that I received the message sent from your website.

Which country are you from? Twilio can't send messages to India, and probably some other countries as well, so it could be related to that.

That should work, Badr, I don't know what's going on.

If you can provide me FTP access credentials, and keep the WP-admin credentials active, I can forward the issue to our developers, for testing, but I doubt they will be able to help you either if they run successful tests.

It's worth a shot, though.

Just remember to enable the PRIVATE response.
