We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I submitted a ticket asking for help 2 days ago.
I wrote a long text explaining in detail what was the problem I was having with Amelia, but so far I've received no answer.
When I bought this plugin, it was written that support was included.
How can I receive support?

Apologies for replying a bit later, but please note that we don't work on weekends, like I mentioned in the other ticket. On business days, the ticket response time may vary based on the number of tickets we receive each day, the tickets are assigned to support agents when they are received, and we respond to them one by one in the order we get them. We try to be responsive as much as we can, and reply to tickets in 24 hours.

The same that I explained above applies for your tickets as well, as we don't work on weekends there can be a slight delay in responses submitted on Fridays and Saturdays, sorry about that.
