We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    We are trying to set up and run the payment system, but stripe and paypal payments are not going through. This is the message we are getting at the checkout "Sorry, there was an error processing your payment. Please try again later."
    The amelia plugin has been activated but it does not take payments on the front-end and it also does not show site visits.

    Hello Mohamed,

    Thank you for your purchase.

    Could you please tell me have you set the payments per our instructions? If yes, please check your PayPal and Stripe credentials, and if you provided the correct credentials for the enabled mode (whether it is a test or a live mode).

    If this doesn't help, send me the link of the front-end page where you have Amelia booking form with these payment methods enabled so we can check it out.

    Hi Mohamed,

    The PayPal error messages is this one :

    {"name":"AUTHENTICATION_FAILURE","message":"Authentication failed due to invalid authentication credentials or a missing Authorization header.","links":[{"href":"https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/overview/#error","rel":"information_link"}]}

    Please look at the attachments.

    So, please check again your credentials for PayPAl, check out the instructions again, and please make sure that you provided the correct credentials for the mode you enabled in Amelia - so if you enabled Live mode, please check if you are using the Live Client ID and Live Secret from your PayPal Account

    Regarding Stripe, the minimum amount for a payment can be 0.50$ , this is a minimum set by Stripe. I see you set the service price to be £0.04 so please increase your service price to more than 0.50$ and try again, and let me know if that helped.
