We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi. When I am trying to book an appointment from the back end I am not able to choose the date although the course is taking place on that day.
Another problem is when I want to include recurring dates on the front end. Booking is unsuccessful.
Hello baracuda26
If I understood the first issue correctly, you are trying to book an appointment for a service which has maximum capacity above 1, and there already is an appointment created? You are able to book this appointment from front-end?
If this is correct, the reason why you cannot create a new appointment is because in back-end you're only adding customers to the existing appointment. That's what the plugin does with any new appointments booked from front-end - it adds the customer to an existing back-end appointment.
So, you will need to edit the existing appointment, and only add the new customer if you're doing it from back-end.
As for the second issue - can you please provide me a URL to the page where this happens, so I can take a look? Also, if I need to take any specific steps to replicate the issue, please let me know.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I am trying to add (from the back end) additional people to the appointment that already exists and several people have already signed up.
Yeah, I assumed that much Pawel, thanks
So, instead of creating a new appointment in back-end, edit the existing appointment, and simply add customers to the list until the capacity is filled.

I am not creating a new appointment. I'm trying to add people to the existing one. There is a lot of free space in it, but I can't do that from the back end.
And you're able to book new people for the same time slot, same service, same employee from front end?
That should not be possible.
Please provide me a temporary wp-admin user (administrator) and tell me which appointment you're trying to update.
If the time slot passed, tell me which service and employee this is in regards to.
Please note that this is a public ticket, so when you post the credentials make sure to enable the PRIVATE response.
Kind Regards,

You were right. I have tried to make new appointment instead edit existing one.
You're welcome, Pawel
Glad I could be of service.
