Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
Could you please tell me exactly when does this happen - the custom fields answers disappear? We can't reproduce the issue on our website, do you have the newest version of Amelia, 2.9.2? If yes, please let me know how exactly to reproduce the issue - is there any time that passes by when you can't see the custom fields answers when you Edit the attendee in the Attendees list?
The custom fields answers are saved in your database, in the wp_amelia_bookings table, so could you please check there do you still see the answers there for these attendees?
STEP1. Add a new event after December. STEP2. Set up a custom field for this new event by customizing it. STEP3. No longer display the custom field in "EDIT ATTENDEE" for events before November 22. STEP4. No longer export custom fields to "Attendees" exports prior to November 22
Sorry, I am not sure if I understood this quite well.
For what date is the event created - for November 22 or December?
Could you please tell me what do you mean by database not found ? How do you access your database - via cPanel or PhpMyAdmin probably? Or some other tool - in any case you should login there and access the database of this website, and find there the wp_amelia_bookings table.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Creating the December event on November 23 Simultaneously made custom field settings in the event created
Custom fields that used to appear in "EDIT ATTENDEE" before November 22, before this work, are no longer displayed. Custom fields that are not displayed are no longer exported.
This is a phenomenon that occurs.
I was able to find "wp_amelia_customer_bookings", but I did not find "wp_amelia_bookings".
Events – if you have multiple events you will have option to choose for which of them this custom field will be shown. If you want to show this custom field for all events just choose “All events” option from the dropdown.

Performing this operation will result in
Custom fields are no longer displayed in "EVENT ATTENDEE" of the EVENT for dates past the date of the operation, and custom fields are no longer exported to CSV.
Could you please tell me what Event exactly are you referring to? And did you have the custom fields on the front-end while customers booked this event and now you can't see the answers on Edit attendee in the back-end?
Yes, sorry, it is the "wp_amelia_customer_bookings" table, could you see there the bookings for this event and if they have the custom fields answers or not? You can give as access for your database as well, so we can check it out. Please check Private reply bellow.
Please note this - when you create a new event you need to go to Amelia -> Customize page and choose/add this event for the custom fields that you want. Because when you create a new event in Amelia, the custom fields that you created before won't apply to this new event, you need to go to Amelia -> Customize and add this event to the custom fields as well.

I understand.
If you do this, you will not see the custom fields in the "Edit attendee" of all the events of the previous days in which you performed the operation. Exporting is no longer possible.
The problem is that we cannot see the custom fields for past events
Update: I believe I understood now the issue - when you remove some event from a custom field on the Amelia -> Customize page then you can't see the custom fields answers anymore in the 'Edit attendee' option even though the custom field was there for the previous bookings?
If this is it, you should be able to see the customers' answers in the database, as they are saved there, so please check if you can see them in the "wp_amelia_customer_bookings" table in the database?
Thank you, JUN. The custom fields answers are saved in the database, they are just not showing up in the back-end, unfortunately. And this happens when all of the events are over so the custom fields get disconnected from Events for some reason in the back-end, and then when you create a new event and add all of the custom fields to all events again on the Amelia -> Customize page, the answers to custom fields for old attendees can't be seen.
Sorry for any inconveniences this have caused. I forwarded this to our developers so they can check it out and fix for the future versions of Amelia, I hope they will find a solution to the issue soon.
The custom fields may not appear in the Edit Attendee of an event after the event date.
What is the reason for this?
Also, is there any way to export custom field data to CSV in this state?

Hi Marija,
Operations performed on November 23
STEP1. Add a new event after December.
STEP2. Set up a custom field for this new event by customizing it.
STEP3. No longer display the custom field in "EDIT ATTENDEE" for events before November 22.
STEP4. No longer export custom fields to "Attendees" exports prior to November 22
The database was not found.
"wp_amelia_bookings"?

Thank you for the credentials.

Hi JUN,
That is strange behavior, and I can't reproduce it unfortunately.
Could you tell me have you checked in the database, in the table I mentioned, if the custom fields answers are saved there?
Please provide me access for your database, as well, so we can check this out, just please make sure to check Private reply.
