In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi, I want location to be customer's location. Not our companies location. How to do that?

Thank you for your inquiry.
You can skip creation location for your company and add custom field to the booking form where customer will be able to add its location. The info from that field will be shown in the appointment details and can be sent in the notification so your employees can be notified about location for the appointment.

Thank you Isidora, I would like to know one more thing. Can't we add a category inside a category. For example, I want the category to be iphone, inside that another category with a list of iPhone models and then services.

Unfortunately at the moment we don't have option for creating sub-categories, only categories and services in those categories. Maybe in the future we will add some solution for this, but at the moment this is not possible.
