While reading your roadmap for additional features, I came upon the feature for a client being able to buy a package of services (e.g. 10 personal training sessions that they would be able to later schedule whenever they want). You have this feature as 'planned'. Is there an update as to when this feature would be implemented?

We are currently in the process of building a new training website and Amelia seems to be a very good tool for what we want to achieve (different trainers with different schedules and zoom accounts etc) and the only thing currently missing is the capability of selling packages to clients.
We have already started implementing the plugin in our website.
However, in a discussion about another technical matter with the team, we were informed that packages options would not be included for at least another couple of months.
Can you please verify and give us a better roadmap? We will need to probably find an intermediate solution for our website in that case until packages become available.

I have an additional question about the packages update. I know that the packages update is coming soon but reading through some of the public tickets, I read that the packages options will be available only for the Pro version of the plugin???

You are currently running a 30% promo on the website and we would like to take advantage of that. If we need to upgrade, will we be credited the amount that we have already paid for the basic version?
We have just released an update with Packages feature and yes it is included in Pro and Developer licenses. It is possible to upgrade to the Pro version, but I need to explain to you the upgrade process. You would need to send us email address that you have used for purchasing the Basic license, then we will be able to Upgrade the license to Pro and charge the whole amount and issue a refund for the Basic license. The only thing is that charging the upgrade goes right away and for refund it takes 5-7 days for money to be process and returned on your account.
If you decide to upgrade and you are ok with this process, please let me know.
