How do I change from a 24 hour clock display on the back end? It is very confusing - the front end is in a 12 hour clock and it is frustringtin to have to work in a 24 hour clock format in the admin.
Thank you!
Hey Jason Egan,
In WordPress click on (Settings - Accordion menu will appear and Select General.) You'll see General Settings and you'll see Time zone and date format. Just select your current date and time formats and hopefully that would solve your current 12hour - 24 Format.
Hello Jason,
Like a fellow user, Aqiyl, suggested, this is applied to Amelia from your WordPress settings, so the time format that you choose there will apply to Amelia, but the employees work hours' can't have the 12 am/pm format, unfortunately. This is true for the times when creating events in Amelia as well. There isn't a possibility to apply that time format there as the library used for it doesn't support that time format unfortunately, it can only have the 24 h format.
Thank you for helping out , Aqiyl.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
