We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Are you aware of the problem with your ticketing system? It shows up every time I try to look at a ticket, Here is what I am seeing:

As explained in the other ticket:
The message is displayed on the home page, and once you log in and navigate to your ticket, it's not shown anymore. Since it's an important message, everything else will be pushed below it until you access your ticket.
We've removed the images from the message, and linked it to our documentation, so it's shorter. I hope that's acceptable.
We don't develop only Amelia, and the majority of our customers is using wpDataTables. This message is for users who have issues with the Google Spreadsheets, and since we're using one platform for all our plugins, unfortunately you're faced with this message when you access the front-page of the support platform. If there was a critical issue with Amelia, users who purchased other plugins from us would see the same message. This is not our platform, and it's not perfect, but it's working. Any complaints about programming for this platform can be forwarded to https://support.ticksy.com/.
