The years here are not following the formatting indicated in the table. These are years and in the table appear as 2019, but in the chart appear as 2,019.
As indicated before, charts do not inherit the number format you set up in wpDataTables, and there are no built-in options to change the number format in the chart, but you can use wpdatachart callbacks.
