We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I've imported a spreadsheet and created a table and chart. I am hoping to get percentages that show response rates but my x axis is not showing % but rather some very large numbers that I assume are somehow related to the integer chosen (responseID).
How can I make this a simple chart that shows percentages of how people responded to the question? I'm attaching a screenshot of the resulting chart I have currently.
Hello Chris
I'm not sure if what you're looking for to achieve is possible.
You'd need to calculate the total number of replies, and divide them per answer, and display it in percentage. Chart engines work with percentages only in pie charts, but they accept only tables with two columns.
So, if I use this table:
The generated chart would be:
But this is for a table where the number of responses is saved in the "Number" column. I don't know if this is useful for you. Can you please explain to me how you're gathering data, and how your table looks like?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thanks.
What should I do with the results, then? This is how the come into the table now... how would I do calculations here that could be used to create charts? This seems overly complicated so I'm certain that I'm missing something.
Hi again Chris
Is this the "Asnwers" column?
If it is, it'd be easy - you would simply add another integer column, with the default value of "1". Then, you would use that column in the chart, and enable "grouping". The 1 would be grouped under each answer ("Yes", "No", etc) and would be displayed on the chart.
Kind Regards,
