We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I have a table connected to Excel document in my media library. When I try to open it, I get the new table startup screen. It is as if the table cannot be found/opened.

Prior to this issue, I had made a change to the table (column type changed from string to float) and saved the table. I refreshed my web page showing the table and the change appeared. HOWEVER, after 5+ minutes the plugin appeared to be still trying to save the table (spinning) so I closed the browser window.

Is there any way I can recover a table? It was not deleted and the table still shows up in my list of tables.

    Thanks,

    Bill Young

    Hello Bill

Did you change the structure of the source file?

I can probably restore the table for you, but I'll need access to your website (administrator user account), and your database (phpMyAdmin or cPanel).

I'll also need you to tell me what's that table's ID, so I know where to look, and tell me which file it is created from (what's the name of the file in your library).

Please note that this is a public ticket, so when you leave me your credentials, make sure to enable the PRIVATE response.

    Kind Regards,
