    Dear support,

    I'd like to know if it is possible (and how) to synchronize the Google calendar with Amelia for non-employees.

    My employees receive invites for the bookings, no problem.

    But there is no way to see the full planning on my google calendar with the view of all my employees.

    All API key and secret seem right from what I see.

    Am I missing something?

    Hello Jessy, 

    Only employees in Amelia can connect to their Google calendars, and they can all connect to only one calendar. Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility for you (as an admin) to connect to your Google calendar and have all of the appointments there , if that is what you are trying to achieve. 

    The Google account that you used for the Google sync is just used for that purpose - to sync Amelia with Google - but the connection is made between Amelia employees and their Google calendars - employees can connect their calendars so they can have their booked appointments there as well and to block the booking of their busy events from Google in Amelia.
