I need the time slot to start from an hour with no minutes. For example, every 20mn booking should like this 16.00 - 16.20 then 17.00 - 17.20 then 18.00-18.20 and so on. And I need the 1 hour and 2 hour services to show available time per hour while buffer time is considered after booking and not in the available time slots. It should shows for instance in the 2 hour service's case : 7.00-9.00 then 8.00-10.00 then 9.00-11.00 and so on.
For this case you can create service that will be 20min and also buffer time after to be 40min.
Also you will need to enable option in the general Amelia settings Use service duration for booking a time slot and this should work like you mentioned below.

Hi
I want slot time start on hourly based like 10: to 10:20 , 11 to 11:20 , not like 10:20 to 10:40 etc.
Hi rishikesh,
For time slots like this 16.00 - 16.20 then 17.00 - 17.20 then 18.00-18.20 and so on
You can achieve this with buffer time after
Or to create working periods exactly like you mentioned below from 16:00- 16:20, 17:00-17:20 etc without using the buffer in this case.
Just create working time for your employees to be like above.
As for the 2 hour service's case : 7.00-9.00 then 8.00-10.00 then 9.00-11.00 and so on.
Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment.
