We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
The table I had set up was working perfectly until tonight when my users alerted me that no data was showing. I don't know why this would be the case. Nothing was changed.
When I go through your tutorial I keep getting the error: Error: Table in data source has no rows.
This is extremely frustrating, in addition to the fact that I cannot easily freeze rows or columns.
I feel like I paid a lot of money for this product and two add ons but the results are frustrating and the program feels unfinished and has some needs for improvement.
I created a new table by importing the data from the Google sheets data source which was time consuming and will not auto populate the responses from my Google forms like I had it set up previously. The old broken table which says there is no data can still be found below the new table that I put together.
I'm having exactly same problem. Is there any progress?
I want this problem to be solved very soon.
~6 hours ago all my tables that were imported from Google Sheets broke. No data can be loaded on page load as of now. I'm getting "Table in data source has no rows." error in the back-end.
Is this something that Google broke?
me too. no rows
I am also experiencing this. Did Google do an update? We need an update for the plugin as soon as possible.

Fix / WorkAround
Looks like Google made some kind of a change. After tinkering around a bit more I found that in the sheet after (1) Stopping the publish, (2) change share to anyone with a link can view and (3) then Re-publishing the sheet. it works again.
@Andrey - Thanks for your fix, but this only works for me as a logged in WP admin. The public version doesn't display anything for some reason... is it the same for you?
Same issue here started yesterday. We have hundreds of sheets/tables, really would like to avoid digging up each sheet to update it. Is this something that can be fixed with an update?
@Kristofer For me it works in the back-end and in the front-end as a non logged-in user.
@Andrey - Actually. Your fix (from George) seems to work now for everyone after I reinstalled wpdatatables.
This is now also working again for me. Thanks!
Hi all.
Unfortunately, all plugins and software that relied on Google's API are now affected.
Google changed their API, and almost all tables created by linking to a Google Spreadsheet are affected.
Please take a look at this FAQ thread, and you’ll see how you can resolve the issue.
The issue is displayed either as "Table in data source has no rows" error when trying to create a new table:
Or "No data available in the table" in an existing table:
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
