We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

No data available in table

All of our datatables use Google Sheets as a source. We have about 16 different tables from several different Google Sheets. All of them were working until about 9PM EST this evening. All of a sudden (without changes made by us) they all went down. I rolled back our site to yesterday's backup (it worked then). That didn't resolve the issue so I figured it is not a website or plugin problem.

I tried recreating the tables but, using the correct URL for the Google sheet and confirming that it is published to the web, we still get the "No data available in table" error message.

Anyone else seeing this? Google outage?

I am getting the same and reported it as a private ticket.

    Fix / WorkAround **

Looks like Google made some kind of a change. After tinkering around a bit more I found that in the sheet after (1) Stopping the publish, (2) change share to anyone with a link can view and (3) then Re-publishing the sheet. it works again.

    Works for me.

Same issue here across all our sites. We have hundreds of Google Sheets to Tables on our sites. Please advise on solution or update to get this working.  Seems like Google made some code change.

    Hi all.

Unfortunately, all plugins and software that relied on Google's API are now affected.

Google changed their API, and all tables created by linking to a Google Spreadsheet are affected.

Please take a look at this FAQ thread, and you’ll see how you can resolve the issue.

The issue is displayed either as "Table in data source has no rows" error when trying to create a new table:

Or "No data available in the table" in an existing table:

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Kind Regards,
