We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Specific employee with different service time slot than others

    Hi,

    I have made the settings for one service that have 2 employees on it. The service has a duration of 30 minutes.

    One of those 2 employees needs to have the same service but with 1 hour duration.

    If i change the service duration for 1 hour im affecting those 2 employees and i need just one of them to have the 1 hour duration.

    How can i make this possible?

    Hi Raul, 

    There isn't a possibility to have different duration for one service per employee in Amelia with its current features, unfortunately. You need to have two separate service, one with 30 min duration, and the other one with 1 hour duration to achieve that.

    Yeah, i was thinking about that. Thanks for the help. Maybe a future update for this option? adding an option to service time for employee should let you cover a lot of posibilites.
