We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hola, estamos buscando un plugin para Wordpress con el que vender tickets de un circuito de karting. Vemos que con Amelia podemos vender tickets individuales sin problema, pero también queremos vender campeonatos, y es aquí donde nos encontramos con problemas para entender si Amelia nos serviría.

    Los campeonatos tienen las siguientes características:

    - Tienen un número mínimo de participantes y un número máximo. Amelia permite indicar el número mínimo y máximo de personas para el servicio pero durante la reserva no muestra el número mínimo, sino siempre 1 persona y luego te permite añadir cuántas personas te van a acompañar. No se si hay forma de que en la reserva de muestre el número mínimo que le indiques y también permita añadir personas adicionales.

    - Nosotros queremos cobrar sólo un % del total del coste del servicio como pago inicial, pero sólo hemos encontrado los cupones como forma de hacer descuentos y desconocemos si podemos aplicar descuentos fijos por servicio o evento.

    Thank you for your inquire.

    Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately we do not have this option in the plugin built-in features at the moment.

    Also deposit payments are not possible since that option is not included as well.

    Well there is no built in feature, but there is some workaround. For example if your service cost 20$ and if you want to set deposit of 20% to pay online and rest onsite, you can make service where you will set price of 4$ (which is 20% of 20$) and then explain in service title and description how much is the real price of this service.
