We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I'm using a Cell content prefix ("$") in a data table to format for currency. However, that prefix does not seem to carry over into a basic Google Column chart. I know you can add a Series label but that puts a colon and a space after the prefix to make it look something like this: $: 1,234
...which is not what I'm looking for. I would love if, when the user hovers a column, if it would display the currency like $1,234. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
Hello Luke
Thank you for your purchase.
What you're looking for to achieve can't be done from within the plugin, but it can be done with wpDataCharts callbacks.
Please take a look at this thread in our FAQ:
https://wpdatatables.com/faqmd/how-to-add-labels-on-two-y-axes-highcharts/
This is an example for Highcharts, and the chart used in this example has two Y axes, but it should be easily adjustable just by removing this:
Make sure you change wpDataChartsCallbacks[94] to your chart's ID.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
