We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

This plugin is really close, but it's missing one huge customization for us.

    - Employees - Multiple Overlapping Locations for Travelling and Zoom

An employee should not have to define one set location.

They should be able to define at least one location Plus Zoom.

Ideally in our situation we have multiple locations in the city and Employees Travel between them at different times. No set schedule each week.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Sean,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

In our plugin you can assign different locations to the employee but in the same working period only one location can be selected. We are aware of this limitation and plan to work on it in the future but until then in one working period only one location can be selected.

The only workaround that I can give you at the moment would be to not create locations at all and add a custom field to the booking form where customers would enter their locations since if I understood you correct your employees travel to different locations. If you have both online and offline appointments then I would advice creating different services in two categories for online and offline and adding custom field only for the services provided offline on the location.

    Best regards.
