Is there a way in Amelia to create two staff members with the same name (and maybe an add on to one name) and make one member invisible for customers but visible for the staff to create appointments outside standard working hours?E.g. Staff member Amelia public has on monday working hours 1 PM to 5 PM and the other Staff member Amelia not public with working hours 10 AM to 6 PM?
This is a way we work to create appointments for VIP customers.
Hi Frans,
Thank you for your inquire.
Yes, you can hide one or more employees from the booking form, but the issue here is if the employee is hidden you can not book with that employee even as and admin, until you unhide it from the menu and then book with that employee.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
