We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
A customer of mine uses the Amelia booking plugin to schedule his appointments. But after each appointment he also has to create a file about his service and add it to the site in a custom post type "file". After booking an appointment via Amelia, is it possible to automatically create and publish a post of the type "file" with the entered data of the customer + the date of the appointment? So that the customer of mine only has to add his files when he is ready.
Thanks in advance,
kind regards,
Arne
Hello Arne,
Thank you for your message.
I am afraid Amelia doesn't have this feature at the moment, sorry.
Hello Arne,
Thanks for your patience.
There is no way to do this in Amelia, You can check if the Web hooks feature in Amelia could help you achieve what you need - using web hooks you can send data about Amelia appointments/customers from Amelia after several actions (one of them is booking completed) to some automation tool via hooks.

But not sure if there is some tool that could create those custom post type files on the other end (using the data from Amelia)
